Prices are per day and per person for a minimum stay of 3 days.
We charge a surcharge for shorter stays.
We charge a surcharge for single occupancy.

The tourist tax currently is €2.50 per person (from 14 years) and day and has to be paid locally.
The following services are not included in the price:
- Pets (dogs only) are allowed on request and at a pet fee (€15.00/day).
- Check in: Please check in from 14.00 to 19.00'.
- Check out: we kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms by 11.00 a. m. on the day of departure.
- In case of arrivals after 19.00 pm please contact us by phone. Thank you.
Booking: We accept cash cards, credit cards, rechargeable pre-paid cards and cash payments.
Cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- For cancellations up to 4 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking amount.
- For later cancellations or no-shows, we charge the full booking amount.
